Brighter Days And Nights

Into my life
you brought some glow
Where there was often
shades of grey
Image of tenderness
to me you show
It happened in the month of May
Such wonders that a hug can do
You embraced me without delay
It stopped me ever feeling blue
A kiss to brighten my day
Again at night If I could not sleep
You gave my nights that spark
Into my room I saw you creep
No longer alone and in the dark

I love all types of poetry
It can show one's true feelings
With anger and sadness
We tear away our peelings
We expose a lot of thoughts
For some its gets exposure
A farewell poem to a friend
Is a written kind of closure
